I/we herewith authorize the tax assistance service STEUERCHECK24 Lohnsteuerhilfeverein e.V. to represent me/us in all matters related to my employment tax liability pursuant to § 4 No. 11 German Tax Consultancy Act. At the same time I grant said society the right to receive and serve any and all administrative actions, specifically tax-assessment notices.*
